What counts as a document?
Any file you upload for Sortz to process counts as one document—PDFs, Word docs, images, scans, etc. Multi-page documents count as one document.
Are my documents stored?
No. We process your documents temporarily, then they live permanently on your SharePoint. We delete document content immediately after filing—we only store file references, metadata (file names, types, organization structure), and search embeddings. Your documents never leave your SharePoint.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or hidden fees. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
